We are looking for you as an employee complaint management / supplier quality (m/w/d) right away in full time (35 hours/week) at the location Biberach an der Riß. In this position, you play a central role in the processing and coordination of supplier complaints and actively contribute to ensuring and developing quality standards.

Central contact person for complaints against suppliers at the plant Recording, processing and complete documentation of supplier complaints according to internal quality guidelines Analysis and evaluation of cause analyses of suppliers (e.g. 8D reports, Ishikawa diagrams or FMEA) Coordination of appropriate corrective and preventive measures together with the suppliers Communication and cooperation with international suppliers, in particular from Europe and Asia Coordination of necessary measures with internal specialist departments Following the agreed measures and ensuring their timely implementation Review of the effectiveness of initiated improvement measures Creation of evaluations, reports and key figures for the development of complaints Support in the preparation and implementation of audits and follow-up of the resulting measures With the help of operational activities in the quality sector, for example in stock checks

Completed technical or commercial training with training to master, technician or comparable qualification - ideally with reference to quality management Professional experience in quality management, complaint processing or supplier quality Very good English knowledge in word and writing for communication with international business partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Enforcement and strong communication skills in the international environment Willingness to take on practical activities in addition to administrative tasks Team-oriented work and high cooperation readiness
