Developing and ensuring data quality in purchasing (material, supplier and contract data) Professional plausibility and quality assurance of the data provided by the purchase Structure and maintenance of data standards and guidelines in the purchasing environment Creation of evaluations and key figures for controlling procurement and warehouse management deriving concrete recommendations for action for the purchasing team and the purchasing management Purchase-side processing for the financial statements (e.g. processing of procurement and pass-relevant data, evaluations of obligations, stocks and open orders) Data-based support for economic planning through analyses of demand developments, price trends, contractual ties and stock figures Creation of forecasts and decision bases for budget planning and budget management in purchasing Close cooperation with the company controlling, IT and departments to ensure consistent data and efficient processes Support for projects on digitization and process optimization in purchasing

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, business informatics, mathematics, business mathematics, controlling or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Extensive practical experience in controlling and/or purchasing, in particular in the work with key figures, reporting and data analyses In-depth knowledge in the SAP modules MM, CO, and BW as well as in the application of reporting and BI tools Knowledge in master data and data management, including data quality, data management and compliance requirements High analytical thinking capacity, strong numerical understanding and structured working Communication strength, team capacity and ability to cross-departmental cooperation
