Analyzing and creating project orders as well as tuning project applications with clients Focus on projects in terms of implementation and optimization of service processes and modules abroad clients Comparing foreign requirements with standard system and implementing software abroad derivation of specifications from internal requirements and, where appropriate, clarification of open points taking into account budget, dates and capacity Communication on deviations from the planned project and, where appropriate, Introduction of escalation measures Coordination with project managers and external software developers Conducting tests and software release Creation of required reports, preparation and maintenance of KPIs and adaptation of process documentation to foreign clients Schools of employees and subsequent user care

Completed study or comparable qualification Job experience desirable Good MS Office knowledge as well as deeper experience in handling ERP systems and project management tools Very good English skills in word and writing, further language skills of advantage Business understanding, analytical and conceptual thinking Organisational skills, careful and structured work High commitment and team capacity, customer orientation and cost awareness
