For the location in Lahr we are looking for an experienced manager as a layer manager (m/w/d) maintenance. You take over the management of an international team, coordinate the maintenance work and ensure the smooth operation of the technical equipment. The position offers the opportunity to take responsibility, to design processes and to lead a motivated team, also cross-comers with leadership experience and basic technical understanding are welcome. Head of a team of 14 employees in the 3-shift system Planning, prioritization and coordination of shift activities Disorder Management and Contact for Internal & External Stakeholders Technical guidance and motivation of the team Participation in recruitment processes and training Presence in leadership, occasional support on the area

Management experience as a shift manager, team leader or master*in Technical background (electrical engineering, mechanics, mechatronics) Experience in the industrial environment German & English (B2) Ability to motivate and guide a team
