In our department “Management and Control of Product Projects Full-size Cars” you guide the life cycle of the E-Class – one of our most iconic vehicle series. From concept to high-speed, you ensure profitability, product maturity and customer satisfaction. As a central interface between project management and cross-functional teams (development, sales, purchasing, quality, production, controlling, design, after-sales) you coordinate strategic decisions and present product opportunities to top management. Your role shapes the future of the Full-Size Car segment and promotes the focus on the corporate goals. This position offers high visibility, comprehensive responsibility and the ability to influence one of the most important product lines of the company.

An above-average degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in engineering, business management, economics, information technology, business informatics or a comparable degree course A maximum of 3 years of professional experience (outside the degree programme), e.g. in the automotive/subcontracting industry, in project management or consulting At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work & travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends Ideally experience with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, ChatGPT) and Power BI or similar data analysis tools You show a strong sense of responsibility for social concerns Excellent knowledge of English (C1), good knowledge of German (B2) You are motivated to help shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communicative skills, coupled with exceptional analytical skills You show strong team skills and motivate others to achieve their goals We look forward to your online application.
