Number: MER0003P88 The drive concepts of the future are developed in the department of advancement drive units & mechatronics. The units are completely redesigned with regard to their functions and efficiency and are constructed as prototypes. In the Team Innovations Drive Control we develop the software to operate the drive units and represent the functions in the vehicle. Simulation models for MIL, SIL & HIL are developed to secure the software stands and functions. Their tasks include the following work to integrate a sliding mode controller into the overall aggregate software for wheel slip control of an electric drive train with a variable lockable axle: Introducing the Sliding Mode Control Concept Integration of the existing controller into total aggregate software Verification of the concept Investigation and evaluation of different control input designs Implementation of a further slip controller concept Analyse the test data from the SiL and real vehicle data The internship can start from 01.10.2025.
