Responsibility for construction sites: You are responsible for construction projects in the field of fire protection and for the successful implementation of our services at the construction site. Construction site coordination: You coordinate and monitor the construction site-related workflows and ensure the time, quality and professional execution. Construction site processing: A professional and service-oriented processing of our construction sites is your highest priority. In doing so, you will keep in mind quality, dates and economics at any time. Coordination of partners: You control suppliers and after-contractors, coordinate their operations and ensure a smooth running on the construction site. Communication: As a contact person (m/w/d) on site, you are in close contact with clients, project participants and our internal project team.

Qualification & Background: You have a craft training and ideally a further training to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d). You are also welcome with a comparable technical qualification. Experience & development: You bring construction site experience. A cross entry into the constructional fire protection is possible with appropriate technical training – we fully qualify for your new task. Competence: The safe handling of MS Office applications as well as knowledge in building contract law (VOB) are part of your craftsmanship. Organization & Responsibility: You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in challenging project situations. Communication & team spirit: Communication strength, reliability and team skills characterize you and make you an estimated contact for customers, entrepreneurs and colleagues. Knowledge of English is advantageous.
