This is what you expect as a security officer (m/w/d):

Teamability: You are strong alone, but also in the team and act as a main contact partner (m/w/d) for security at the entire site, working closely with our department teams that manage the building Security policies: You are responsible for implementing security policies and standards at the site, keeping them up to date and bringing your own ideas into play Security concept: You develop and implement the local security concept, including object protection and control of the external security service provider Quality Management: Quality Management and Controlling of All Safety Issues Event security: You create individual security concepts for local events such as employee festivals Security coordination: You work with law enforcement agencies in security incidents Emergency Management: You support the local Emergency Response organization and actively participate in the evacuation organisation Project work: You coordinate local projects in the field of security and work on new, supraregional projects at times

You're bringing this as a security officer (m/w/d): Qualification: Specialist or Master of Protection and Security (IHK) with several years of proven experience in security management, such as object management Risk management: expertise in security risk management and experience in implementing security measures Customer orientation: Embossed customer and service orientation IT knowledge: Very good PC knowledge, especially M365 applications Service provider control: Experience in the management of service providers in the security industry Personal characteristics: team integrity, readiness, sovereign appearance, integrity and discretion Languages: Very good German and good English skills Ready to call: max. 1 hour drive to the site (individually, on agreed days)
