Procurement and contract manager – focus on claim management construction services (m/f/d)

• Projektmanagement from now on in Munich Since 1999, WIGES GmbH has been responsible for the development and construction of infrastructure on federal water roads. The main focus of the activity is the Danube development between Straubing and Vils­hofen, with 70 kilometres of waterway, 200 kilometres of flood protection facilities and 40 mines, as well as the respective associated agricultural support measures in the aquatic and terres­trian areas with a total area of about 800 ha. The projects will be handed over to the operator from the data collection and planning to the approval, procurement and basic acquisition to the implementation – turnkey. The owner of our society has been the Free State of Bavaria since February 2020.

Organisation and control of the post-commitment management for construction contracts Collection, classification and follow-up of yields, additional cost indications, changes in reading, volume developments and other risk of loss Formal examination of supplementary tenders, in particular with regard to testability, contract reference, relevant documents, quantities, references and calculations Coordination of the examination of the facts with project management, construction management, planning and specialist departments Examination of subsistence, in particular assessment of the basis of entitlements according to VOB/B Examination and plausibility of yield calculations, price advances, supplements, performance approaches and proofs of the contractor Preparation and implementation of follow-up negotiations Compilation of audit reports, remuneration proposals, decision-making templates, rejection letters and follow-up agreements Documentation of follow-up processing in iTWO and participation in evaluations and subsequent reporting Consultation of project management, project management, planning and other project members in contractual and follow-up issues Participation in the plausibility of award documents, in so far as this results in questions relevant to contracts and contracts

Completed study of civil engineering or economic engineering (Univ. / FH) and multiannual relevant professional experience, preferably in civil engineering, special engineering or design engineering Knowledge gained in the VOB/B and in the contract processing of construction services Experience in the testing, evaluation and handling of supplementary requirements Knowledge of the costing of construction services, in particular construction costing, price forecasting, surcharge logic and follow-up Completion of construction, construction, volume development, assessment and accounting Knowledge of procurement law and the drafting of contract amendments Safe handling of IT-supported processes; Benefits with iTWO or comparable AVA/project processing systems Designed team and communication skills, in particular in the interface function between project management, project management, planning, awarding and contractors Target-oriented and economic thinking and action Efficiency, flexibility and a structured, proactive and documenical operation
