Mechatronics Technician - Maintenance / Plant Engineering (m/f/d)

You take care, maintenance and repair of our modern machine park, consisting of high-speed packaging lines and transport technology. In case of malfunctions, you systematically go to troubleshooting, analyze the causes in the fields of mechanics, electrical and pneumatics, and fix them as soon as possible. You carry out fault diagnostics on PLC-controlled systems and enter our modern pick-and-place robots, mainly from Fanuc. You plan and implement predictive maintenance measures to maximize plant availability and proactively minimize shutdowns. In close coordination with production and quality assurance, you ensure consistent compliance with the strict hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, IFS).

You have a completed training as a mechatronic:in, industrial electric:in or a comparable technical qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in the maintenance of process and packaging systems, best from the food industry. You have good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrical engineering. The work in the multilayer system and participation in the standby service are of course for you. You work independently, solution-oriented and have a high awareness of quality, hygiene and work safety. Very good German knowledge is essential for smooth team communication and documentation.
