Creation, optimization and updating of technical documentation of filtration systems and associated components including Declarations of conformity Compilation of operating and operating instructions, spare parts catalogues, declarations of conformity and other technical documents Processing of technical content according to applicable standards, guidelines and regulations (e.g. EU 2023/1230) Implementation of risk assessments in cooperation with the specialist departments Close cooperation with internal design teams and sales Coordination with the customer regarding the technical documentation award and coordination of external translation contracts Structure and standardization of documentation processes Preparation and integration of illustrations and technical graphics

Complete technical training, studies or technicians (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical editorial or comparable) Professional experience in technical editorial, ideally in machine or plant engineering Very good technical understanding and the ability to render complex facts understandable Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and regulations Experience in dealing with CAD programs, solid work Good MS Office knowledge Self-employed, targeted and precise operation Reliability in meeting appointments Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
