Our product team develops AI-based customer service solutions for our award-winning 1&1 control center - with direct influence on an existing basis of several million users. In this role you work closely with the product Owner and bring AI-native interactions from idea to prototype:
Conception & sketching of AI-native UX and Conversational Design (entry, suggestions, dialogs, etc.). Build interactive prototypes to test ideas and make concepts tangible for stakeholders - e.g. in FIGma, FIGma make, or by Vibecoding. Prepare tests and user interviews, interpret usage data and translate them into clear design decisions. The 1&1 brand and design language translate and develop into AI-native interactions/experiences.
Immatrikulation in study programs with clear UX/product focus, e.g. Interaction/Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Management, Software Engineering, etc. passion for AI-based user experience and conversational design; Focus on the overall experience of the user. Experience with Wireframing, safe in handling Figma Bonus: Experience in prototyping with Vibecoding is a plus, but no need. Good communication and pragmatic working Flowing German knowledge and at least good English. A short portfolio/project examples (2-3 works) helps us to assess.
