Business Analyst (m/f/d)

You develop and manage the technical architecture and cross-border target images in close cooperation with specialist departments and IT You analyze and model business processes, objects and capabilities and ensure a consistent and consistent structure You actively engage in design and architecture decisions – both in existing systems and in new solutions You support project leaders in planning, controlling and implementing demanding IT projects You keep an overview, recognize challenges early and ensure pragmatic solutions You help prioritise projects and requirements along strategic KPIs and corporate goals In agile teams, you successfully implement new technical and regulatory requirements and thus contribute directly to the company's success

First experience as a business, specialist or process architect or in requirement management / in the business analysis – ideally in the insurance or financial environment Basic understanding of IT systems, software development or databases and interest in technical contexts Understanding business processes and their mapping in IT systems Ability to pick up stakeholders at eye level, structure requirements and present solutions convincingly Analytical thinking and a structured working method Ideally experience in classic and/or agile project management Very good knowledge of German and English
