Personnel Officer for Intensive Care Service (m/f/d)

You coordinate our application management and accompany applicants from the application receipt to the recruitment. As a central point of contact for the local administration, you keep all administrative processes in mind, support executives and employees in personal questions and ensure a smooth operation at the site. As a contact person for our applicants, you will be looking for a professional, value-adding and positive Candidate Experience. The control and coordination of personal measures as well as ensuring a legally compliant and efficient implementation are also part of your responsibility. With the help of HR key figures, you analyse action needs and develop sustainable solutions together with the specialist areas. In close cooperation with the HR department and the departments, you actively contribute to the continuous development of our HR processes.

A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally related to human resources. Experiences in application management, in personal care and in contracting are already brought with you and safely put them into your working day. A structured, reliable and independent operation. Joy in dealing with people as well as a pronounced service and communication orientation. Safe handling of current MS Office applications.
