Insights into modern HR work through hospitation and collaboration in recruiting, onboarding, talent management and HR projects Supporting cooperation in project and concept work on current HR topics Search for HR-relevant questions to collect trends and best practices Participation in presentations and templates, including insight into professional HR communication

Current Bachelor or Master studies (e.g. Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences with Human Resources) Very safe handling with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Joy of project and concept work and internal communication in the HR context You work reliably, structured and have a strong understanding as well as organisational and team skills
