You take over the independent management of our real estate companies as well as fleet management and thus ensure smooth operations in the daily business Annual operating cost bills for the property companies you set up independently and carefully Craftsmen and service providers commission, coordinate and monitor repairs and refurbishment measures to ensure the value of our real estate As a contact person, you communicate with authorities, tenants and owners and ensure a smooth flow of information You carry out the accounting of our property companies independently, including creditor and debitor accounting, property accounts and bank accounts Around the fleet, you will take care of new contracts, auditing bills, sales of vehicles and damage regulation You always keep an eye on compliance with VAT regulations When preparing the annual accounts for the property companies, you actively participate and make an important contribution to a reliable reporting system

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman or a further training on the balance sheet holder In accounting you feel at home and bring very good knowledge of the relevant HGB and tax regulations with DATEV as well as the current MS Office apps you master in sleep Your multi-year professional experience in accounting or real estate management makes everyday life easier with us With your analytical gaze and careful working, you have been persuading everyday work for years In German, you communicate safely, professionally and addressably
