You accompany and support clients: in the outpatient everyday and strengthen their self-employment You are involved in the planning and implementation of nursing and social measures You work in interdisciplinary teams and participate in service and team meetings You accompany documentation and organizational tasks as well as conversation and information offers for members You will get insights into networking with external partners and get to know professional standards of social and nursing work
