The clinic offers therapies for adults and adolescents (from 12 years) in the areas of depression, eating disorders, anxiety and forced disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, tinnitus and ADHD. The former residence town of Bad Arolsen is idyllic between Kassel and Paderborn and has numerous leisure activities. Responsive sociotherapy: In close coordination with our psychological psychotherapists, you take on important sociotherapeutic tasks. Sensitive companion: You are reliable contact persons or reliable contact persons and support our young patients in everyday life. Relational care: You build stable and trusting relationships – always taking into account different patterns of disorder. Structured talks: You conduct and shape individual talks, are supported in crisis situations and provide security. Therapeutic Diversity: You conduct group therapies and carry out relaxation procedures to promote the individual development of our patients.

You have a completed training as exam. Health care and nursing care Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or exam. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You ideally provide pre-experience in psychosomatics, child and youth psychiatry or psychiatry – or experience in work with children and adolescents. You are ready to work on the 2-shift model between 07:00 and 21:30 as well as on weekends. You have ideally completed a further training in client-centric discussion – but this is not a prerequisite. You are characterized by team capability, reliability, empathy, high self-responsibility, sensitivity, loadability and communication strength.
