European Head of Operations (m/w/d)

Our client is an international industrial system supplier from the field of regenerative energies (EPC). In his long history, he has established himself as a globally recognized partner for the supply of components, controls and the design of large and small plants for sustainable power generation.

In the course of growth, we are looking for the European Head of Operations (m/w/d) in a discrete mandate. In this function, you are a member of the Regional Executive Leadership Team and responsible for the operational implementation of the corporate strategy in Europe. Make sure that projects, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering are executed according to global standards and that regional business requirements are met.

Strategic implementation and project management: Responsibility for implementing the global operational strategy at regional level, controlling EPC projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient project management (time, budget, quality) Resources and Budget Management: Operational control across all locations, responsibility for budget planning, forecasting and ensuring profitability Team management and compliance: leadership and development of a powerful team and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement processes

Experience and leadership skills: More than 10 years of experience in leading operations in EPC, mechanical engineering or industrial plants, as well as international leadership and expertise in the energy industry, in particular renewable energies Knowledge and Digitalization: Knowledge in Manufacturing and ERP systems and experience in digital transformation and implementation of efficiency improvements and change processes Communication and language skills: Representative customer orientation, very good leadership and communication skills at all levels as well as fluent English skills
