Job description

• implementation and monitoring of nursing measures in accordance with care standards and guidelines
• preparation and updating of care plans and documentation of care services
• Patient care and assistance in daily activities and medical treatments
• Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Guidance and support of nurses and interns in daily care
