You control the city of tomorrow: As a project manager (a), you take over the coordination of major urban projects such as the development of new districts – from construction preparation to execution to successful completion. They are structuring with vision: With great sensitivity for the whole, you will develop meaningful construction sections and phases, in close coordination with urban objectives. You always keep in mind the diversity of the structures – from infrastructure to supply to future housing. You are a tactor (a) and a contractor (a): In your role, you take over the project management – and contractor representation including tendering and awarding – independently and responsibly. They are the link between city administration, planning offices and construction companies. They provide quality in construction: As a construction header, you will check and evaluate supplements, ensure a smooth run at the construction site and will be responsible for the decrease of the services with a trained look for detail. You've got the whole thing under control: They bear the overall responsibility for the design in accordance with time, budget and quality objectives.

You have a completed engineering degree (Diplom TU/FH, Master or Bachelor) e.g. in civil engineering, civil management and construction, infrastructure management, economic engineering or a comparable field. You own the license class B. They are desirable to bring practical knowledge in the construction of transport systems and know what is necessary in planning and execution. Ideally, terms such as HOAI, VOB or ZTV asphalt are not foreign words for you, but part of your daily vocabulary and are well familiar with technical regulations in the building industry. Ideally, you have well-founded project management skills, which is why you keep an overview of complex processes. You always think forward and work structured, efficient and solution-oriented. With your clear communication, negotiation skills and a healthy portion of enforcement, you can convince all project participants – from specialist planner to construction management.

An indefinite job in full-time (100%) with pay to pay group 13 TVöD, depending on the existence of the personal conditions.
