Site Manager Depot (m/f/d)

Staff management: Responsibility for the leadership and motivation of the team at the site according to Hermes' leadership principles. Staff deployment planning: Creating and implementing a cost-effective personnel deployment planning to ensure the optimal utilization of employees and resource use at the site. Operational process control: ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of the operational processes at the site, in particular with regard to transport planning, efficient handling and the economic use of the vehicles used. Standardization and control of requirements: Ensuring consistent implementation and compliance with all central requirements and standards, in particular with regard to processes, compliance requirements, safety guidelines, quality requirements and operating costs at the site. Ensuring work and operational safety: ensuring the safety of all technical facilities, buildings and vehicles at the site. This includes order and cleanliness in the premises and compliance with all relevant occupational and health measures. Administrative support: Support of the Head of Cluster in the administrative management of the site, including coordination of tasks and documentation of processes.

Qualified commercial professional qualification or acquisition of comparable knowledge and skills through appropriate professional experience and relevant multiannual professional experience in the logistics industry minimum. 3 years of professional experience in the logistics industry; of which at least 1 years of leadership experience ideally in the logistics industry high technical and methodological competence in the areas of operational, process optimization and quality management Problem-solving orientation and communication skills in switching between different business areas Economic thinking combined with an understanding of responsibility and target orientation A strong understanding of leadership with regard to necessary control, delegation and motivation measures
