You are responsible for the results and organisational management of the Halle branch In professional and disciplined leadership, you guide a commercial team and ensure staff and resource planning The commercial orientation is developed and implemented by you taking into account higher-level strategies and internal and external guidelines and laws In addition, you are responsible for ensuring and optimising commercial services, including planning and budgeting, monthly and annual financial statements as well as contract and insurance management As a competent contact person, you are available to management, regional management and customers and observe competitors, potential customers and market trends

Completed degree (Diplom / Bachelor / Master) in the field of Business Administration / Economic Engineering / Electrical Engineering, alternatively completed commercial or technical training with further education to the specialist m/w/d Multiannual experience required in a commercial position and first leadership experience Safe handling of MS-Office and SAP required, contract knowledge in the field of VOB and BGB as well as very good German knowledge (min. level B2) Impressed awareness of economic responsibility and hands on mentality, communication strength, resilience and economic thinking
