Construction project management for overhead line installation work (m/f/d)

The project business of the Amprion advances the energy transition through a timely planning and the technical implementation of the network expansion and conversion measures. In addition to tasks in technical project management, our project business includes versatile interface activities and intensive cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. (m/w/d) implements open-loop construction measures on site directly with the assembly personnel and supports/supervises the planning in structural questions.

YEARS: Depending on the experience and scope of the project/measures, you perform the following tasks as a construction project management: Responsibility for the preparation and execution of assembly work on open lines Evaluation and planning of assembly work as well as preparation of execution planning Takeover, concretization and technical development of internal assembly orders from the project planning including Control of external service providers in different structures Creation of execution, scheduling and cost planning as well as monitoring and ensuring plan, appointment and budget compliance Voting with property owners, authorities and other parties Control, coordination and settlement of service providers and assembly columns used Takeover of project and action responsibility in terms of time, quality and cost targets as well as control of the interfaces to the local construction management and construction inspection Ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental, quality and technical requirements in planning, tendering and work preparation close cooperation with local construction management and construction inspection to implement and monitor these requirements during construction technical advice and support of the project management in the field of open-loop engineering in the case of technical issues, in particular in complex situations and in the case of supervisors

multi-year practical experience in the design, construction processing or installation of free lines; detectable practical experience and specialist competence in the field of open-loop construction are central prerequisites completed engineering studies, ideally in civil engineering, surveying, economic engineering or comparable discipline, complemented by several years of experience in the design and construction of open lines as an alternative: completed professional training with further training to the master/technician or to the master and technician as well as many years of experience in the construction process of free-line projects, including guidance of assembly columns/construction sites safe handling of IT applications and project-related software tools strong communication, organization and coordination capability in handling internal specialist departments and external contractors Joy in the organization and the dynamic working environment of construction projects high enforcement capability, negotiation skills, safe occurrence as well as targeted, independent and structured functioning Car driver's license and willingness to regularly travel throughout the Amprion network area
