Business Analyst / Technical Coordinator DMS (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the request analysis and requests for change in various fields for our document management (DMS) systems. To do this, you analyze the impact and interfaces of the affected processes – always with regard to the strategic objectives and compliance with legal requirements. You will create the interface between the departments and IT and, if necessary, attract other experts. You develop solutions within small and efficient (project) teams to optimize processes and structures – legally safe and practical. You take over the management of (partial) projects in the DMS environment and launch reports for the management level. You are responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of workshops.

Education: You have a degree in (economic) computer science, economics, economics or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a training in the IT field or a comparable training profession. Experience: You bring practical experience and knowledge in a related field of activity and in the application of DMS systems in public administration. In addition, you are experienced in the analysis and optimization of business processes and have knowledge in the field of project, process and change management. Your profile is complemented by knowledge of relevant legal requirements (such as GoBD and E-Akte) in the field of public administration.
