Leadership of the Hardware Development Team Responsible for the implementation of all phases of hardware development (from concept and specifications to production release) Drive decisions on architecture and design for control electronics and embedded systems Design analogue and digital circuits focusing on the design of schematics Design and implement FPGA logic and low-level firmware Development and maintenance of system interfaces, test setups and validation tools Ensuring product reliability, productionability and compliance with relevant standards Planning and implementation of EMI and pre-compliance tests in compliance with statutory requirements (CE) Promoting best practices, documentation and continuous improvement within and between teams Close cooperation with software, mechanical engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration Participation in strategic R&D planning and the discussion of the product roadmap

Completion in electrical engineering, computer technology, computer science or a related field Multiannual professional experience in industrial hardware design from concept to production Expertise in the field of analog and digital circuit design and circuit diagram development Knowledge of C/C++, VHDL, Python and Embedded Linux Practical experience with FPGA design and real-time embedded systems Confidence with EMI tests and pre compliance verification Proven leadership and communication skills Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jira and others Current knowledge of German and English (in word and writing)
