Welding Training Instructor / Construction Mechanic (m/f/d)

You take over the professional, disciplinary and educational support of trainees in accordance with BBiG, training regulation, training framework plan and KNDS training standards Planning, development and implementation of practical and theoretical training contents and coordination of training sections in accordance with the 2026+ training cycle are your responsibility You provide technical and practical content, guide instruction and assignments, prepare trainees for interim and final exams and use modern learning forms such as project learning, digital modules, practical exercises and simulations, the progress of which you document through the learning platform Promoting continuous support, coaching and feedback and development talks You identify the professional, methodological, digital and personal development of trainees, identify individual learning needs and initiate appropriate support measures You provide the necessary training resources and ensure a well-organized working and learning environment and compliance with work, safety, quality and environmental requirements In recruiting, onboarding and personal marketing, you are actively involved, for example, in selection talks, practical tests, school visits, trade fairs, school events, family festivals, boys & girls day and future day. The cooperation with team management, central training management, other locations and external partners such as vocational schools, IHK/HWK and educational institutions as well as the participation in projects to harmonise the process and further develop the training round your area of responsibility Through regular continuing and continuing training, you continuously develop your pedagogical and professional skills and contribute to an open communication culture and a positive learning environment

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical-commercial vocational training in the relevant field of employment or occupation and ideally have a further qualification, e.g. as a master, technician, specialist, farmer or comparable advancement A trainer training according to AEVO (BBiG) is mandatory; additional educational or didactic qualifications, e.g. trainee-the-trainers, are advantageous You will be able to bring you a number of specialist knowledge in the respective training profession as well as knowledge in vocational training law (BBiG), occupational health and safety and quality and safety standards. Educational basic competencies in learning guidance, methodology and didactics, discussion guidance and feedback as well as communication and conflict resolution skills in dealing with young people You deal with digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Webex and digital learning platforms as well as, if necessary, SAP and are open to modern training topics such as AI, digitalization, automation, robotics and process thinking A structured and organized way of working, sense of responsibility, high readiness to learn and good English skills complete your profile
