Working Student/ Practical Semester - Project Management Clinic Management (m/w/d)

The Schön Klinik Lorsch is a specialist clinic for orthopaedic surgery with the focus on endoprosthetics, spinal and shoulder surgery. The highly specialized clinic is certified as EndoProthetikZentrum der Maximumversorgung and is one of the largest of its kind in Hesse with more than 1000 endoprothetic interventions. For many years an ''Enhanced Recovery'' therapy concept (ENDO AKTIV) has been successfully established. Lorsch is centrally located in the Rhine-Main-Neckar Metropolregion directly on the Hessian mountain road (30 km to Heidelberg and Mannheim, 50 km to Frankfurt). The area around Lorsch hulls with a lot of green and lush nature, for example with the Palatinate Forest and the Geo-Naturpark Bergstraße-Odenwald. They independently undertake tasks in the planning, implementation, and refurbishment of various projects and the processing of business economic issues with particular focus on the optimization of hospital processes. They coordinate the tasks arising within the framework of central projects in close coordination with the respective project management and are the link to the other project participants. With regard to the implementation of the hospital reform, you are working on the clinic management with regard to various issues. Analysis of internal and external benchmarks and derivation/controlling of measures to increase efficiency.

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of a health- or business-economic study orientation and are familiar with modern presentation techniques in particular. First experiences in supporting executives or in projects with strategic relevance are of advantage. They have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (level C1) have a quick understanding. In addition to your sense of responsibility, you are characterized by your binding appearance, the ability to efficiently manage projects and your communications talent.
