Your tasks

• You analyze primary and secondary packaging, identify optimization potentials and identify relevant trends.
• You develop international sourcing and shopping strategies and implement them together with the shopping teams.
• With your expertise, you advise our buyers on potentials, risks and material developments.
• Through your analytical work, you create transparency along the entire value chain, identify potential savings and implement optimization measures.
• You bundle needs and conduct targeted negotiations with selected suppliers.

Your profile

• A successfully completed bachelor's degree programme or master's degree in a packaging, raw material, material or economic course.
• First professional experience in trade, ideally in the purchase or analysis of primary and secondary packaging in the food sector.
• A high affinity for raw materials, packaging materials and their analytical assessment.
• Embossed communicative skills and a sovereign appearance that will convince you both in negotiations and in exchange with different stakeholders.
• A pronounced analytical way of thinking, with which you quickly recognize challenging relationships and translate them into practical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, innovation joy and goal orientation, which make you an active driver:in efficient & sustainable optimization processes.
• Very good MS-Office knowledge as well as very good German knowledge.
