Psychologist - Children & Youth / Trauma Pedagogy (m/f/d)

You take the psychological diagnosis and individual case help for traumatized and behavioral children and young people to accompany and strengthen them on their way. You design and guide creative leisure groups as well as experiential educational projects on weekends and holidays (e.g. holiday games, excursions). In close cooperation with the interdisciplinary team, you develop individual funding plans and actively participate in the further development of the overall pedagogical concept. You document the development processes carefully and are available as a competent contact person for the caregivers and external partners.

You have a degree in psychology (Master or Diploma). Ideally, you bring first professional experience in work with traumatized or behavioral children and young people. A high resilience, empathy and a dedicated, creative way of working characterise you. You have a class B driver's license and you bring the willingness to shift, weekend and night services. You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) to ensure professional care.
