In a special position of trust, you are co-responsible for our large modernization and new construction projects. They support the responsible project management in a wide range of topics and, in particular, assume the following tasks: Coordinating and controlling the externally provided planning and consulting services (including auditing and monitoring) as well as cooperation with those responsible in the fields of electrical and supply technology in all phases of the HOAI (1–9) Creating scheduling and performance directories and creating cost calculations (estimates, calculations and suggestions) Designing decision-making templates for bodies and drawing up recommendations for the award of planning and construction services Technical and computational evaluation of post-orders of external service providers Monitoring and safeguarding budget and deadlines through proposals for appropriate (common) control measures Organisation of commissioning and handovers and decreases of construction services

With your extensive technical knowledge and communication skills, you can advance our construction projects. On the building site you will be happy to take responsibility and you will be able to bring together different interests. In addition, bring the following: A completed higher education (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) in the field of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual professional experience in the planning and/or control of complex construction projects taking into account the European standard situation Basic knowledge of DIN 276
