Control of the entire operational procurement process from request to offer comparison to audit Ensuring the timely availability of all required materials in best quality and at optimal costs Maintenance of purchasing and master data in the ERP system Close coordination with internal departments such as logistics, production and quality assurance Monitoring of delivery dates and proactive introduction of necessary measures for delays Active participation in the improvement of purchasing processes and the efficient management of stocks Support in price negotiations in accordance with current guidelines

Completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a further training in purchasing, e.g. as a specialist First practical experience in operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial company Safe handling of common ERP systems German and English language skills in word and writing Structured and independent working and self-initiative Communication and negotiation skills
