Your tasks Offers with substance: Together with the management, you will create all offers for our projects in and around Würzburg, cleanly calculated, comprehensible and timely. Controlling alerts: You process alerts autonomously, check documents, identify opportunities and risks, and work out resilient quote calculations. Performance directories & masses: You set up performance directories, determine masses and make clear calculatory foundations from plans and requirements. Subsequent & post-calculation: You take over the post-calculation of our projects, and you'll begin with a view to cost-effectiveness, quality and clean documentation. Close to the project: You take part in local events, get a real picture on site and work out offers realistic and practical. Maintaining the costing base: You will first and submit master data for the costing in cooperation with the purchase, so that prices and basics remain up to date.

Your profile - This will help you: Building background: You have a training or study with a structural focus, for example in construction, construction, construction engineering or in a comparable field. Experience in calculation: You know the costing of building from practice and know what it is about offerings, tenders, performance directories and masses. Cross-entry with commitment: also as cross-enterers with constructive understanding, great commitment and high self-initiative can You fill out this task - it is crucial that you quickly work in, take responsibility and want to create clean calculations. Safe in the daily business: You are redirected with costing and billing programs, keeps the overview and works clearly, structured and binding.
