Team Assistant Real Estate Sales (m/f/d)

Quality Assurance & Object Management - Ensuring a professional external presence through the strict examination of all documents and exhibits as well as the release of marketing only with complete documentation. Monitoring & Data Maintenance - Ensuring complete customer support through the continuous monitoring of app activities, lead care and contract life via Data Studio. Marketing Interface & Branding - Operational support of agents in the creation of agent pages and signatures as well as coordination of social media content and newsletters to strengthen the digital presence. Organization & Communication - Structure of the team everyday by professional meeting management, protocol management and central coordination of inquiries to Product & Tech. Office Management & Administration - Ensuring constant on-site presence in the shop as well as ensuring a functioning infrastructure through efficient ordering, accounting processing with service providers and maintaining internal communication channels. Sales support - coordination and preparation of farming activities, acquisition evenings and other sales measures.

Industry Knowledge – You have a completed commercial training (ideally real estate businesswoman or office businesswoman) or a comparable qualification with the first relevant professional experience in the real estate industry. Organizational talent – You are characterized by a structured way of working and leave nothing. Digital affinity – You are experienced in dealing with the common office tools, ideally bringing first experience in the professional use of social media and having fun sharing your knowledge to others.
