Your tasks: ✓ Execution of painter, mason, flooring, façade and cleaning work ✓ Implementation of individual repairs and modernizations as well as elimination of insurance damage in inhabited and uninhabited apartments ✓ Self-contained execution of all relevant painter activities ✓ Professional painting, wallpapering, coating and walking works ✓ Painting of doors and radiators ✓ Assessment and removal of mold damage ✓ Documentation of orders and the independent order of materials

Your profile: ✓ Complete vocational training in the factory painter and painter or in a comparable factory ✓ Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable ✓ Flexibility, commitment and independent work ✓ Customer friendly and competent appearance ✓ Driving licence Class B
