Creation and further development of key figures dashboards with MS Power BI Implementation of data analysis (Power BI and Excel) as well as identification of key actions Processing of customer complaints including creation of 4D and 8D reports Ensuring and tracking of causes analyses and corrective measures Working to update and optimize existing quality standards Own implementation of smaller projects Support for day-to-day business

Studies in the technical field, e.g. quality management, economic engineering, business informatics or comparable course Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Experience with MS Power BI, ideally also SAP Basics of project management Structured and independent working methods and analytical competence Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German and English
