Senior HR Service Specialist (m/w/d)

Personally responsible processing of administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding Creation of work contracts, contract awards, certificates and works council hearings Maintenance and updating of employee data and the digital personnel file master data entry and maintenance in HR systems and certification Time-limit monitoring and document management in the context of personal events Close cooperation with HR managers, Payroll and other interfaces

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification with professional experience in human resources Extensive conception and a high degree of care in the handling of administrative tasks Secure handling of the MS Office package, especially Outlook, Word and Excel; Knowledge with Workday and Tisoware is desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-responsible work with high quality orientation Communication strength and joy in team collaboration
