Employee Life Cycle Management: Responsibility for all administrative HR processes from onboarding to transfers to offboarding Advice and support: First contact point for employees and close coordination with HR Business partners and cooperation with Payroll and Recruiting Personnel Administration & Documents: Creation, Examination and Management of Contracts, Certificates, Certificates and Other HR Documents as well as Implementation of Works Council hearings Master Data & Compliance: Care of personnel master files in SAP HCM/SF and ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and internal requirements Labour Law & Change Processes: Monitoring of Labour Law Measures (e.g. Abmahnungen, Testimonials etc.) and active participation in organisational and human change processes

Qualification & Experience: Commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman) or Bachelor degree (BWL) as well as at least 5 years of professional experience in HR (e.g. as HR Advisor, HR Generalist, Personnel Officer) Labour law & Payroll: Labour law knowledge, ideally complemented by experience in Payroll Systems & Tools: Secure handling of MS Office as well as knowledge in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Digital affinity: IT affinity and interest in the further development of digital HR processes Communication: On-site presence at the Frankfurt location, excellent knowledge of German as well as a structured, service- and solution-oriented working method
