REQUIREMENTS

• Reception and care of patients (m/w/d) and visitors (m/w/d)

• Acceptance and settlement of incoming telephone calls

• Management and coordination of appointments

• Cooperation in the accounting work

• General organisational tasks in daily business

• Processing of the incoming and outgoing mail

The position can be occupied both in parttime and full-time they are

PROFIL

• Completed vocational training, e.g. as medical Projektmanager (m/w/d), Kaufmann / Kaufmann für Büromanagement / Office communication or similar
• First professional experience in reception management and/or Medical practice
• Good computer skills, e.g. with the usual office programs
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• organizational skills, reliability and a friendly and safe occurrence
