Plant operator / Production employee (m/f/d)

EcoloChem GmbH is a family-run medium-sized chemical industry company with over 100 years of tradition at the Langenweissbach site in Saxony. As one of the leading producers of aluminium, iron and barium compounds, we supply the industry, paper and water treatment with high-quality products and special solutions throughout Europe.

Experience in the operation of chemical-technical plants and in the handling of hazardous substances is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. Your duties

• Control, monitoring and operation of chemical production plants
• Control and optimization of production processes to increase efficiency
• Implementation of quality tests and ensuring compliance with production standards
• Handling and proper storage of chemicals and hazardous substances according to safety requirements

Your profile

Ideally, you will bring:

• Complete vocational training in a technical or craftsmanship of advantage
• Practical experience in handling (chemical)technical installations or hazardous substances of advantage
• Ready-to-use, initiative and aim
• Teamability and a structured and careful way of working
• Knowledge of dangerous goods, hazardous materials, occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
• Ready to work in 2-shift operation required
