Parent assistant (m/f/d)

It is a private employer with five-year-old, well-trained and self-confident twins who grow up in an environment of freedom, love and responsibility. The employer has been paraplegic in cross-section since an indebted accident. To support our everyday life, we are looking for a dedicated parent assistant (w/m/d) in parttime or on a mini-job basis that accompanies our children with devotion and at eye level.

Care and promotion of our five-year twins in everyday life Support for age-appropriate activities and playful learning Promoting the individual interests and talents of children Organisation and support of leisure activities (e.g. excursions, creative projects) Cooperation with us to ensure a loving and responsible education Budget support, as far as childcare is concerned (e.g. preparation of meals) Support for mobility or organisational tasks related to the disability of the employer

Sensitive, patient and responsible personality Ability to communicate with five-year-old children and promote their self-employment Flexibility, organisational skills and loadability Sensitivity and openness in dealing with the specific needs of our budget Universal neutrality (no religious influence)
