Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

In your role as a specialist in quality assurance (m/w/d), you work independently and closely with your team. This means: Creation, testing and documentation of initial sample test reports (EMPB) according to Customer, company and standard requirements. preparation and maintenance of test plans and definition of suitable test and measurement equipment including test intervals. Creation and validation of measurement and testing programs as well as definition of good/bad criteria and management of boundary patterns. Support for measuring and testing equipment management including requirements, calibration, maintenance and procurement. Analysis of quality deviations and implementation and follow-up of improvement measures. Working with FMEAs, quality projects and continuous improvement processes (KVP). Support and professional support for internal and external audits. Training on measuring and testing equipment and testing methods. Ensuring and optimising the factory self-checking as well as the detention and complaint management. Monitoring and evaluation of statistical quality indicators (e.g. Cpk/Cmk). You bring it - professional & human You have several years of professional experience in quality assurance and measurement and testing Required expertise: Complete technical training with further education in the field of quality assurance or measurement technology (e.g. DGQ specialist quality assurance, measurement technician or comparable qualification). Knowledge in measuring and testing technology and in handling measuring and testing equipment. Experience with quality methods as well as control and analysis methods of quality assurance. Good knowledge of manufacturing, quality and product specification processes and a basic understanding of supply chains. Safe handling of MS Office. Required experience: Manufacturing knowledge in the industrial environment handling of a CAQ system e.g. Personally you convince us by: Analytical thinking and pronounced process understanding.
