You continue to engage and develop SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Employee Central Service Center and take over the authorization management. You support the implementation and configuration of other SAP-SuccessFactors modules, such as Time Tracking and Recruiting. You analyze and optimierst HR processes in the SAP-SuccessFactors environment and document the results. You implement legal, collective and operational regulations in the respective modules. You accompany upgrades, perform test series and ensure smooth operation. You analyze mistakes, correct them and answer operational questions from colleagues. You support the integration of SuccessFactors into existing SAP systems and actively participate in projects, including in the SAP HCM environment (e.g. pay billing, time management).

You have a completed study of the human resources industry or IT or a commercial training with corresponding training. You have a well-founded knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including customizing and authorization management. You have experience in at least one other SuccessFactors module, such as Recruiting or Time Tracking, as well as integration into other SAP systems. You have practical knowledge of SAP HCM, especially in the time economy, pay billing, customizing and authorization. You are sure to deal with MS Office products and have a high affinity for IT-supported processes. You ideally have knowledge of social security and tax law. You work analytically, structured and are a team-oriented personality.
