As a member of our recruiting team, you are responsible for the content and conceptual design of our recruiting strategies With the aim of ensuring an optimal Candidate Journey, you will develop an extensive portfolio of recruiting measures that are continuously analyzed and optimized for efficiency In addition, you take over the administrative candidate management for industrial and commercial employees at our approximately 70 operating locations The pre-selection of applicants as well as the daily, service-oriented communication with candidates and internal controllers is also part of your daily business With the pleasure of sharing, you will support our locations in all recruiting topics, communicate externally and build cooperation with partners in a targeted manner.
