Our core task is to treat adults, children and adolescents in psychiatric, psychosomatic and somatic clinics. Our accompanying psychiatric services serve people with chronic mental illnesses.The work area offers a differentiated range for people with the help of general life management, mental illness and social relationships. To strengthen our team of outpatiently assisted housing in Herborn, we are looking for you in full or part-time (min. 75%).

Tasks • Accompanying and promoting people with mental disabilities, dependency diseases and/or physical disabilities within the framework of the supervised individual residence. The basis is the integration aid within the meaning of the Federal Dispute Act. • Creation of participation plans • Acquisition of administrative tasks in the context of case responsibility for clients • Designing team culture at eye level, including your own ideas and skills

Profile • You have successfully completed a (special) university study of social work, or social education or training • You have already gained experience in dealing with mentally ill adults • You want to work therapeutically and enjoy a responsible, independent activity in a dedicated, multi-professional team. • You have a valid driving license class B and your own car. • You bring the necessary sensitivity and empathy to our clients
