Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your tasks make you a decisive tactor (w/m/d) in the entire planning process of our construction projects: Process controllers – You are an integral part of the project team, control the planning process and implement the contractually owed services sustainably and economically. Coordinator & efficiency drivers – you coordinate the entire execution planning, tenant planning and individual work planning. Quality expert – you carry out the technical examination of the planning and ensure that all requirements are met. Interface Managers – You coordinate external planning services, apply specialist planners and experts such as our construction/project and superstructure lines as well as construction partners in time and ensure smooth cooperation. Negotiating skills & contractual clarity – you negotiate plan contracts with our planning partners and control the receivable management. Predenker – You may accompany the preconstruction phase and support the calculation.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only specialist knowledge, but also the certain “biss”. What we wish: (m/d), architect (w/m/d) or technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge. Industry experts – professional experience in design and execution planning and/or in the project management in turnkey construction. Detailed – Good knowledge of the execution details of the turnkey construction. Digital affinity – user knowledge in iTWO or comparable building software, ideally also first knowledge in the field of CAD. Future-oriented – interest in new technologies and working methods, first experience in planning with BIM of advantage.
