The position of the primary physician and the board of directors is to be taken as the next possible date for the University Hospital of the PMU. The University Hospital for Neck-Nasen-Ohren Diseases of the PMU has 141 employees, including 29 doctors. The tasks of the Executive Board include: Head of the University Hospital for Neck-Nasen-Ohren Diseases of PMU in all professional, organizational and human matters Further development and ensuring the high-quality clinical care of patients in all areas of the subject, in particular in the defined special areas such as ochle surgery, interdisciplinary skull base surgery and robot surgery Promoting and coordinating scientific research and medical innovation in the field Acquisition of third-party funding for research projects as well as further development of the clinic and implementation of new treatment methods Ensuring high-quality technical university teaching for students of human medicine according to modern medical-didactic principles by the clinic Ensuring a structured training at the highest level in all stages of medical development (e.g. training as a specialist, basic training) by the clinic Continuous development of the national and international visibility of the clinic Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams within university medicine and national and international networks

Technical requirements Specialist / doctor neck-needle ear diseases, or equivalent training Detectable experience in clinical and scientific management in a department of nasal ears, ideally in the academic environment (e.g. representation functions of department management, process responsibilities, leadership of teams and/or working groups) Completed management training or the willingness to complete this self-responsibly timely.
