You take responsibility for exciting, group-wide technology projects in the area of “Processed Cheese” – from the first idea to the successful implementation You get involved by developing new production processes and technologies and optimizing existing As a project manager of technology development projects, you will lead interdisciplinary teams and achieve the desired success with your expertise Plan and conduct independent laboratory, pilot and production tests and evaluate the results You advise group-wide on technological issues and support the know-how transfer between the various national companies Together with other technologists: develop within the Hochland Group, evaluate new process ideas and technologies – always in close exchange and with a view to innovative solutions.

You have a completed study of food technology, preferably focusing on milk and cheese technology or a comparable training You bring experience in product or technology development in the food industry In addition, you have pronounced project management skills, innovation joy and self-initiative Your personal strengths such as analytical thinking, organizational talent and practical action complement each other with your independent working and flexibility Their intercultural competences facilitate effective cooperation with local and group-wide teams and partners. You respect cultural differences and use them as strength in cooperation. You are also ready to travel regularly to process projects on site and optimize processes Very good knowledge of German and English allows you to communicate both locally and internationally
