As an On Site Manager (m/w/d), you are the contact person for the various specialist departments directly on site and coordinates cooperation with our co-suppliers. In close consultation with the specialist departments, you will set up the appropriate requirements profiles. In our applicant management system, you collect the job advertisements and send them to all co-suppliers. All incoming profiles are sighted, preselected and forwarded to the specialist departments. After consultation with the responsible persons, you organize the interviews and accompany them. You take the onboarding of new employees and accompany them to the respective department. The administration and monitoring of contractual deadlines also falls within your area of responsibility All project staff will be advised and supervised by you in human matters. For our customers and our controlling you will create appropriate reporting and meaningful statistics.

A successfully completed technical or commercial training. Experience in the field of personnel service or large customer support and recruiting or supplier management. As an experienced networker (m/w/d), you are highly communication- and negotiation-oriented and quickly come into contact with different interlocutors of different hierarchical levels. You prove enforcement strength and sense of responsibility. Flexibility and readiness to travel to regional customer locations will help you. You are able to set priorities and distinguish important from urgent tasks. Your way of working is self-employed, well organized, structured and careful.
