Group Management Electricity Operations (m/f/d)

A reliable power supply is the basis for life and work in our city. As a group line power operation, you take responsibility with your team to ensure that our power grid works securely, reliably and forward-looking. At the same time, you actively shape the further development of our network operation and make an important contribution to the energy transition in Solingen. In our Service Strom department, a responsible task awaits you as soon as possible (m/d).

In these tasks you put your energy Guided tour: You guide your employees professionally and disciplinefully, develop them further and give them orientation on the basis of our guide lines. Secure network operation: You are responsible for secure and reliable network operation, identify vulnerabilities, coordinate the necessary measures and analyze complex network faults. In addition, the maintenance and reliable operation of our cable distributor cabinets and transformer stations is your responsibility. Detection and switching service: You will organize the destructive and switching service for your team and ensure the team's willingness to use as part of the call. Budget and Security: You plan and tax your group's budgets and ensure compliance with our work safety, health and environmental requirements. Network development: You participate in the continuous development of our asset management renewal strategy and advise network management in complex planning measures. Digitization: You support the further development of our digital WFM system in Lovion and shape the associated processes and organizational structures together with the stakeholders. Energy transition and innovation: You are actively involved in the introduction of new and innovative technologies, thereby shaping the further development of our power grid as part of the energy transition.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an electronic technician for industrial engineering, as well as a successfully completed training for the state-tested craft or industrial masterin or Techniciansin with field of electrical engineering. Professional experience: You have several years of professional experience in energy supply and know the requirements of a secure and reliable network operation. Management competence: You bring experience or a strong interest in managing and developing employees and have a good sense for different situations and people. Willingness to change: You actively promote changes, involve the participants and convince them by a high level of commitment and initiative. IT knowledge: You have good knowledge of common Microsoft applications and ideally experience with Lovion. Driving licence: You have a class B license, ideally also BE. Ready to call: You are willing to participate as a master*in of service in the willingness to call.
